But the last two weeks, I took off completely, since work got busy.
So I tried running again, and I could barely muster 3 laps at MP (6:50 pace) before quitting. Just couldn't keep it up.
I feel like three things are possible, and you guys should help me figure out what's going on...
1) The weather got colder, so it's harder to run fast (weather dropped from 55 to 35 ish)
2) I actually lost a ton of fitness
3) I am mentally struggling to get into running again.
