He is on a carnivore/keto diet and his output would be extremely low compared to if he were to eat carbs. I say 12 minutes
He wouldn’t finish, he would start running then around 100 meters in go off on a tangent, then branch off on another tangent and then arrive back at the start
He would cover a lot of ground, but wouldn’t actually finish the race
I ate like that to drop from 140 to 130. Was able to train perfectly normal, but started eating normally after I got down weight.

Hello sage, how do you explain that Zach Bitter who eat a low carb diet often zero carb at certain points is faster than you at 100 miles?
