Chances of going D1/Correlation with Height and Running

I am a 13-year-old 8th grader

100m: 11.9

200m:24.9

400m:56.8

Height: 5'4"

I have 2 questions:

a.) With the given times, what would you say my chances are of getting into a D1 college for track in the future?

b.) I am 5'4", and my dad is the same height, so it's unlikely I'll grow anymore, is it still possible to break 50 in the 400/get into a D1 college with my height?

1. You could easily end up taller than your dad.

2. People at 5'4 have broken 50 seconds.
