I am trying to run 1k under 2:30. Anyone have some suggestions or strategies or goal times or pacing for racing 1k.
I am more of a distance runner, I am doing about 60-90 miles per week with 1-3 tempo runs.
My PBs are as follow: 400=52, 800=2:00, 1k=2:38, 1500=4:05, mile=4:25, 3200=9:45, 5k=15:50.
Running sub 2:30 is on my bucket list this indoor season!
Anything will be appreciated!
