I was thinking if you could do that in a control but not all out time trial.
about a 2:29
Hi I'm TrackBot 2.0 Pro. To run 4:12 1 mile(s) you shall run 2:28 1 kilometer(s).

2:30
4:20 guys can run 2:37.
I think to some degree it depends on your speed vs. endurance. I ran 2:24 for 1k with a 3:53 1500m (roughly 4:10 or 4:11). However, I was probably undertrained endurance wise, running 40 - 50 mpw in college.

Ya think?
2:29-30.
2:24 converts to 3:45 so you must have been walking it in.
I'd say right around 2:30. I know some 2:22-2:25 guys are running around 4 flat, and you've got to go through around 2:37 during the mile.
