Hello forum! First post here, back to running full time for me!
Marathon training ramping up here, and i'll be doing the vast bulk of it indoors on a treadmill.
i havent logged serious miles like this in years, and i know shoe tech has changed a bit over the years. i also note that the soles dont wear much on the treadmill, as opposed to outdoor running.
how many miles should i expect to get out of a pair of shoes? i'm up to about 20 miles/week and weigh in at about 130#.
is there some indicator as to when a pair of shoes is "shot", other than worn outsoles? i'd rather air on the side of caution and not risk an injury die to worn cusion...
thoughts?
