I’m a mid-d runner who is looking to improve on my PRs this indoor season. I’m wondering what percentage of my weekly mileage should be done at mile/800m effort, 5k, etc.
I tend do overdo it a bit during training, so I’m looking to keep things balanced this go. I just finished building a base for the last 8 weeks, topping at 60 miles. Will drop down to 45-50 mpw during training.
