Best spikes for the 3200m?

whatever feels best for you. People are going to recommend matumbos or victory 3s. it is the runner that makes the run, not the spikes.

I would wear the Nike Victory 3's but it depends on how fast you are running.

Look for any spike that says 3k-10k. I would default to the Nike Matumbo since its the standard nike long distance track spike. From there compare other shoes to the matumbo and see which shoe you like best. Matumbo better than the victory for 3200m. There are lots of good shoes roughly equivalent to it in other brands.
