I'm dying. I was like $hit, Darin is running like 28 mins for an 8k he's in for a rough track season but nooo its his little brother

The real question is which teams will be switching over to the scientifically optimal training technique, HIIT?

Joe Rogan, PhD discussed this on his podcast. Any team would dominate DIII if they switched to HIIT. It's the most scientifically sound method.

Which coach will be the most rational this year? Just use logic and you will win.

Zach Lee from Platteville...who is mainly a miler...took 9th in XC...it'll be interesting to see how this translates to track.

8,9, and 10 at XC are all 1500/mile guys
