how do i put the dot above the v for VO2max in a word document?
I don't have Word on this computer, but I believe if you go to 'Insert', then 'Symbols', you should have an option that enables you to put in a character not on your keyboard. Try this. If it doesn't work, hopefully somebody else will have a better answer.
I put the "fun" in funeral.
just a guess....but maybe character map has it.
There may be an easier way, but the following should work:
In Word go to Insert>Object
Select Microsoft Equation
When that opens, type V
Then click on the button that has three shaded boxes with things above them (one has a slash, another has an arrow, etc).
Select the single dot one, and you should have a v with a dot above. You can also add the O subscript 2 by typing O, clicking on the button with boxes depicting super/sub scripts, selecting subscript and typing 2. You may have to adjust the font because it usually italicizes everything.
