When I'm running solo (not running group nights), I prefer not to run around neighborhoods with my headlamp/reflective vest. Simply b/c I usually run in the bike lanes against traffic. I could do it but probably safer on the sidewalks, which I don't prefer.
I'm lucky that I have about a 10 minute freewat drive from a sizable college campus that is pretty lit and I can run in the bike lane wearing my reflective vest. And I can park for free across the street.
There's also a HS track 10 min drive away as well that's often lit up at night with certain practices going on, so that's not too bad either.
Or I just try to run earlier before it gets dark and then get back to work (I work from home).
Curious to hear what others do due to the ridiculous turning back of the clocks.
