bump. just wondering about western regionals at byu this year.
I don't know where you can find an actual table, but it seems like it's about two seconds per lap. For a 5k, it's roughly 25 seconds and 50 seconds for a 10k. I believe the conversions they used from that marquee high school meet in Salt Lake City last year was to take about 97% of the total time and that's your converted low-altitude time. Of course, Salt Lake is lower than Denver by about 750 feet.
