So i'm a freshman this year, 5'3" and weigh 91lbs. I'm just curious, what are the best workouts to do for the 3200m (track workouts that is); and what times would I have to run them in in order to indicate sub 10 shape for 3200?
Thanks!

Yeah, I got injured midseason from getting spiked, so I didn't really get a smooth progression.
