I am a high school freshman, and my 5k pr is 19:10. How much improvement is possible during my sophomore, junior, and senior years? What time do you think I could hit by my senior year?

You didn’t give us any information to work with. How long have you been running, what mileage are you at, etc??? If you’re a guy, you’ll definitrly improve a good amount if you put in the mileage and work ethic
I say you could make a lot of improvement. I ran a 21:36 5k for my pr junior year. I decided to run track, and then bumped up my miles to 50 during the summer months before Xc. This season I was able to get my 5k down to 17:00 and I haven’t even raced a fast 5k course yet!
You should be able to run 18:05.4 as a sophomore, 17:13.2 as a Junior, and 16:30.9 as a Senior if you improve like the average high school boy runner.
I did some research on this topic that you can find here:

it's easy to feel anxious. but it's important that you stay in the moment and try to get the most out of every day. there is a ton of room for improvement but not if you don't make the most out of every run by which i mean, easy runs easy, long runs long, hard runs hard... taking strength training and stretching seriously
sorry for the lack of information, during the season I averaged around 30-35 mpw, with a 7 mile long run once a week. I started running in 8th grade cross country (only 2 miles) but didn't stick with it after the season. I intend to stick with running for the rest of the year, we'll see how that goes.
40 seconds per year or 2 minutes by senior year.
