NFHS uniform rules

I read the rules document, but it doesn't say anything about logos other than the manufacturer or a school name. Does this mean I'm allowed to wear the logo of a sponsor?

It means you are not.

You actually need to take a look at the rules in regards to competing as a club vs. as a sanctioned school team.

If your school doesn't have the sport, you can't simply make a club then go and compete at events where there are NFHS sanctioned teams.

As a club, you are NOT subject to NFHS rules at all; however, you won't be admitted to an HS only event as another high school. You will only "legally" be allowed to run against other clubs, not against another official high school team. If you are actually allowed to run in an event against official high school teams, and the NFHS hears about it, then the other teams could actually get penalized.

Confusing, yes. Stupid, kinda. But the NFHS isn't exactly known for forward thinking.
