What ever happened to Raske at SIU?

She was let go abruptly.

I can't believe you forgot my head XC coach- Sarah Haveman. She just lead our women's team to an outstanding 12th place finish in the Big 10 championships! What an improvement, with my old head XC coach, Scott Jones, they were only seventh to last in 2015.

This is very insightful. 13% is a very small number. Yet the popular notion on LRC is that there is enough female representation or that the few women who are hired aren’t qualified.

Aren’t there multiple types of genders now? How does anyone know what the coaches identify as? Let’s assume that we know which ones are male or female. How do the females perform in comparison to their male counterparts? I assume with such a small percentage that they would outperform them.
