Well, it's all relative 1.5 cents.
i'm fairly skinny, 165 lbs 6'-2", but in college i could consistently split in the 49's, ran 1:52 and a 4:08 mile. My 5k was only 15:40's though. ONE time I benched over 200lbs. I also dunked a basketball my sophomore year of college. I could've played soccer if I didn't run track...
What I'm saying by doing some time-dropping/bragging, is I really am not impressed by this guy and that's where I'm coming from. I know he's impressive compared to the majority of human-kind, but I simply don't care so perhaps I'm a bit more willing to go on the offensive and say he really could do better: (1) He could be more ripped if that's really important to him and (2) he could be faster if he lost weight and focused more on running. But instead, he's stuck in the 2:35 zone which is kind of the marathon equivalent of a high school 4:30 mile if you ask me....
I've only run a 2:33 marathon, but my standards are different. A 2:35 marathon on a not that good looking soft-muscular guy really doesn't impress me at all.
yeah, i'm kind of a d*ckhead
