Like people argue over what is the best cushioned shoe for long runs but then I go to look at some shoes to buy that will be good for running on the crete and all the shoes look like they have little to no cushioning in the front part of the shoe anyway.. most of it seems to be in the heel.. so they are probably all equally as bad/good for running. I was just thinking of buying some adizero adios because I hear people talking about them all the time here and it looks like all that "miracle" foam they use is in the heel and the front part of the shoe looks like it has barely any... So are all of you just a bunch of dang hobby joggin heel strikers or you trying to pull my leg? Maybe you work for the shoe companies.
