Best guess is extreme fatigue due to heat. I've had a similar experience when I was low on electrolytes / sugar, but you say you had 2 gatorades and 3 gels so not sure why. If the runs weren't particularly hard, I'd treat the issues as a small bump and keep training, if it happens consecutively the next 2 weeks then definitely go back to the doctor.

From a quick google search I found nothing, my guess would be something to do with blood pressure.

I have this after some tough efforts as well. Seems to be related to blood pressure or blood sugar.

I'm an optometrist and this is something we refer to as "transient visual obscurations". It is most likely associated with hypotention or hypoglycemia, but it can have other causes. I would recommend getting a **dilated** eye exam so the doctor can assess your optic nerve for any abnormalities. If this is normal, your labs are normal and it doesn't recur, I would't get too worked up about it. If it keeps happening or if you have any new symptoms (such as headaches), I would suggest neuroimaging (in the form of a MRI or CT) and maybe even a carotid ultrasound depending on your risk factors. Hypoglycemia. In other words, low sugar. Must have been hard long run or too little carbs before.
