Never trained for mid distance before; I've just done 12-15 mpw of jogging and some practice sprints once a while the past 12 months or so and I currently am in 12.6-12.8 shape depending on what kind of day I have (maybe 12.5 if I ran on a newer well-maintained track). What would I be able to run an 800m in if I followed a training plan and got up to 30 mpw? Appreciate any replies!
