I don’t have a side. Again, I’m less concerned about what he did as a drunk 17yr old. His performance in the hearing was partisan and lacked the temperament of a SCOTUS judge. Had he been less vicious and simply walked a neutral line I would be fine.
It’s now less about what he did or didn’t do and more about the reaction...the National Council of Churches....John Paul Stevens.....this confirmation has become too political, too partisan, and will negatively affect his ability to issue unbiased judgements on the court. What JPS said makes a lot of sense.

So your basic argument is that someone can be falsely accused of all sorts of crimes with no evidence to back up the allegation, and if the accused person shows any frustration and emotion at being falsely accused, their life should still be ruined just because the allegations exist, even though there is zero evidence supporting the allegation. So in other words; if she floats, she's a witch; if she sinks, she was innocent.
Your logic is moronic.

Do you have any evidence of this? Any at all?

I find it hard to believe that you actually think that the right is openly racist and as a group, misogynists.
Personally, I find that quite easy to see. Perhaps you have your head in the sand.
This has nothing to do with the President, this is about the political hit job done to BK by the corrupt, hypocrites called the Democratic Party.
Whoaaaaa... you blew your cover wide open.
Why don't you just come right out and say you hate women. Why do almost all Republicans have to be JERKS.
You incorrectly assume I’m republican. I’m not, just for the record. And actually I do and have always loved women. I love my wife, both my daughters, my little grandchild who happens to be female. Any other stupid comments?
It is really unbelievable how nasty dirty the left has become. It is going to backfire and if it doesn’t this country is headed into a black hole of undetermined length.
I live in California and personally see every day the creep of bigger bureaucracy of government and quasi-thought-police stifling free thought especially in academia. The left want less God, more government, and more power for their evil aims.

Of all the stupid rhetoric which has been slung around on multiple sides, one of the most egregious is that idea that Brett Kavanaugh's life is going to be ruined if he is not confirmed to the Supreme Court. I'm sure it would be personally disappointing but he would go back to being a highly compensated judge on the second most important court in the U.S. His life is not going to be ruined. Please stop it.

Your first proved you're stupidity. You are a Trumper. Which is not to be confused with a republican.
It's a shame they lock you in there and you can't, you know, leave for somewhere you think is better.

Alan. Read my post. My comments were regarding your assertions about the right assuming guilt with no evidence. That’s it. The reality is that’s that’s the playbook of the Democrats.
Dick Durbin is a dirtbag. And that's the nicest thing I can say about this low life.

Moran. MOVE. There is nothing worse than a whiney person who won't move to where their people live, while whiney all day long about the horrible people they are "forced" to live by.

Don't need evidence anymore. Just a witness who appears credible.

No. This is a well planned attack:

You will also need a few Senators, like Booker and Blumenthal, who have no moral issues with applying different standards to others than they do to themselves.

You've been posting long enough in enough threads which contain at least a small amount of political tinge and there is little question of which way you strongly lean no matter what you consider yourself.
Try to pull up anything on her other than her academic papers. It's like she just appeared out of the ether. Let us know if you can pull up a lecture from her or a speech at a conference.

So you're mad he used the correct avenues of politics to prevent someone from getting on the Supreme Court? Do you really not see how this is different from unethically ruining a man's reputation to prevent him from getting on the Supreme Court?
