So for my workout, it was 5x1000m threshold with 1 min active rest.
I hit in the following order: 3:38, 3:38, 3:37, 3:39, 3:37.
I felt good up until the final lap of the 4th rep and on. Based upon this workout, what do you believe I can run for 5K? Both flat corse and Sunken Meadow?
I am 5'2" and weigh 88lbs
