Zoom unit in the heel?
it’s only $69 at runningwarehouse. they typically don’t mark down so early.
no...zoom unit is in the forefoot on these.
hmm, maybe it's an error in their system?
Don't think the 10 is supposed to be much different than the 9
Because parents with athletic kids are getting ready for hockey or alpine skiing .
I figure that without React or Zoom marketing hype, amplified by a soft launch, this shoe was doomed from jump street. Not too surprised to see it killed off early.
I was in the Nike store in Georgetown and noticed they had a shoe that looked very similar to the Elite hanging on a wall in the lifestyle section (not the running shoe section).
I guess we're all supposed to like the $180 turbos instead. Sad to see a cult favorite get replaced.
I liked the Elite 9, does anybody know how different the 10s are?

Was sifting through Nike's website yesterday and noticed this also. There's the "moon racer" and some other shoes that are more casual lifestyle but look exactly like the vaporfly line. Think they still have zoom or lunarlon foam in them. Price point was still up there though.

The only difference is similar to the zoom streak LT3 to the LT4 they changed the upper/tongue and thats it.

I haven't tried the elite 10, but I've read that only the upper is different, thinner and a little snuggest fitting. The midsole and everything else is exactly the same.

I also haven’t tried the 9 or the 10, but the 8 fit very narrow in the heel area.
It's very close to the 9, you should like it. It's not exactly the same, somehow I thought the shoe is balanced differently. Could be that there's more material in the forefoot and less in the heel, but it's nothing you would even notice when running. I don't get why they had to change it at all to be honest.

If Daniel's and Pfitz are outdated..then where do I look for modern training plans?
