I know, hard to know exact miles, but with logs, 884 miles. (Asics Kayano)
Usually, about 500 before I change out.
Any better?

I got 1104 out of a pair of Nike Free Runs once. I bet some people that run in racing flats will have outrageous numbers.
How many miles can a runner get out of Vibram FiveFingers?
I guess if you are a efficient runner, it really depends on 2 factors: How durable the shoe is, and how long you can wear it before you are bored.
As of now, I had a pair of Newton that I worn for over 1500 miles (and still use it on short runs).
I know a guy who runs in a pair of old Nike Mayfly. They must be over 10 years old.
I put 1,200 miles on two different pairs of Pearl Izumis (RIP).
Way back in the 70's I put 2500 miles on a pair of NB 320's
I put around 1200 miles on a pair of nike free run 3.0's
I've just replaced the only running shoes I've had as an adult and they did 2500 miles (1990s Adidas).
How fast does anyone run? I get 400 on my easy shoes but only 300 on speed shoes because the soles get shredded quickly.
I wore Mariahs for 12 years, then set them aside for a few months. The insoles turned to dust. No idea mileage, but I wore them as trainers for probably four years, then off-on the rest of the time. I glued old bicycle innertubes to the bottoms.
3,200 plus on a pair of Brooks Villanova along with 4 tubes of shoe goo.
Most miles on a pair of shoes?
The most I was capable of without breaking down?
easily got over 2500 miles out of each pair of OnitsukaTigre Marathons

I will never throw my early 2000’s Adidas pair away. I started serious running in them. I fell in love with running in them. They easily did 2500 miles if not more. They’re enjoying a quiet retirement on a shelf in the garage. They’ve survived about 15 spring cleanings by now.

I love this because
(1) that shoe was incredible
(2) it was designed to "only" last 100km.
(3) love that even more

I'm pretty sure he ran the Vol State 500k a few times in these shoes. They were great shoes for 2003. I had a pair, but I accidentally sliced the Tyvek upper with a knife. It cut through it like paper, which it almost was.

Around 2500 on 2 pairs of adizero rockets (2500ish on each). Now I train in the streak lt4 and am lucky to get 250 before the upper rips.
