That stuff is not good for you, or the stomach. But people are willing to risk it all for success, so go right ahead.
the research has already been done on what the stomach can handle regarding carb/sugar load, and what high sugar intake does to the liver, etc.
maybe kipchoge can handle it, and runners like kipsang cant?
But I will never support that lab crap, no matter if runners run sub 2 hours on it. Even though I feel the reason kipchoge ran fast had nothing to do with his drink, but more about the shoes the way he was popping off the ground, and possibly doping.
runners were breaking records and running fast before that crap...
