Nice humblebrag dudebro.
Mine in in the 30s in peak shape, usually in the 40s. I've dipped below 30 a few times.
Your resting heart rate will very quite a bit from day to day. Mine ranges around like 38-45 but on extreme days it can get as low as 30 and as high as 50
Mine was in the upper 30s when I was in top shape 25+ years ago. Now, at age 60, I struggle to keep my resting heart rate below my age.

See a cardiologist immediately.
Are you going to do that? Or you just posting here so people exclaim about how low your heart rate is?
36 is normal for a trained athlete so we don’t need dozens of people telling us their number unless 25bpm or 60bpm if they run 13:30. All others are in the normal range.
44-46 bpm at age 66 on 30 moderate effort miles per week.

Normal as we suspect you knew unless you can't use Google.
No that's not normal go see a doctor.
44bpm but I’d be hard pressed to run a 25 minute 5k right now.
Just what do you do as part of your "struggling" to lower your heartrate- meditation, hold your breath, what?
