If you can handle that volume then it'sa good base to work off, but you could increase the variety. A good typical day would be:
7.00 12K easy plus strides
8.00 Plyometrics session
8.30 Core work - bodyweight/light weights
9.00 Breakfast
9.30 Stationary bike steady/moderate
10.30 Rest
11.00 15K progressive, start easy, finish at LT
12.30 Short weights session, heavy
12.45 Shower, lunch, rest
14.30 6x1K intervals, 2min rest
15.00 Hill sprints
15.15 Rest
16.00 12K easy, no strides
17.00 Swim or other fairly easy xt
18.00 Upper body - bodyweight/light weights
18.30 Plyometrics
19.00 Dinner, rest, TV etc.
21.00 15-20K easy
That will get you to about 440km/week plus the xt and strength work.
