So every year when the team comes back, there's always those runners that didnt run over the summer. Every. Single. Year.
It baffles me. Why do you continue to run distance if you refuse to do the one thing that will make the biggest difference in your performance? Its not that much work we're talking about: 15-30 minutes would make all the difference. Yet there's always runners who come back having not run.
My question to you is: Why do you not train? Is it that you don't care, and if so why do you join the team then? Explain yourself i guess.
