Hey guys! I’d like to ask a question here..
I ran a 1:57 800m while splitting 57 for 400 than 1:29 at 600 to close with a 28sec last 800 (12.9 last 100m) So splitting 28-29-32-28.. I know this aint the right way to run an 800 so what time do you think i can run and how can i improve my 400 to 700 part..
I also got a 50.2 (25-25) 400m split in the 4x4
I can probably run like a 23.9 200m and i run a 4:12 1500m

Build up your strength to run to laps in 57 seconds. There's no short cuts, just work hard (also train intelligently).
Anyways train for xc. Over the winter build up your mileage. Than when spring track hits cut your mileage and do some sharpening workouts.

Do not follow this advice. Two equal rounds are rarely the best way to race the 800 if you want a good time.
You ran 1.57 with 28-29-32-28 splits. With your 1500m time and your 400m split this is more than enough to suggest you're able to run 1.55 atm.
Go out faster. Trying to run something like 27-28-29-30 would be a good start. Do not worry about the last 200m though, the race is in the first 600. Get out quick, settle inn, work slightly from 3-400 and then work hard until 600. From there on in its keeping it up trough the last bend before giving it your all down the homestretch.
