Like I said I have already watched the series and not very much is explained regarding the training, it’s more about their everyday life
Am: asthma inhalers with some crunches
Noon: asthma inhalers with a light jog
Pm: asthma inhalers with some strides
Than some special raindeer milk before competitions.

There was a thread on this previously. I'm too lazy to search and post the link, however.
Mostly 4 s3 runs a week. One upphil each week. Somethimes 5 intervals in the same week

From what I have heard they generally train alot of treshold runs. And once a week one minute hill sprints.
