Are you really going to give her the attention she craves? If she posts anything about her relationship life in that group text, you know that that relationship isn't satisfying enough.

Don't matter, move on.

Clearly everyone in that group chat knows you're affected by her current relationship status.

Just stay in the group but don't write anything. Then people will know you're too cool/busy with more important things to engage in their trite bavardage to respond or even take the time to ask to be removed.

There should be a way to remove yourself. If you have iPhone, there certainly is, and I can’t imagine Android is different in this regard.

There is no friendzone, there are only beta orbiters. After being rejected by this woman any time you spend paying attention to her is wasted.

That only works on iPhone if everyone else in the group is on iPhone as well, thus iMessage being used. Just one person in the group text on a different platform and you cannot leave.
