I know its another prediction thread, but i wanted to see what you all think (input) on what i may be capable of running off the following recent workouts. I have been around 60-65 miles the past 6-7 ish weeks before that above 80 on average. So my last 2 workouts have been the following, with my goal of 31:30, that possible?
2 x 2M @ 10:10,10:09 rest 3min between + 2 x 1M @ 5:00, 4:59 rest 2min between.
10 x 800M @ 2:23,2:25,2:24,2:23,2:22,2:25,2:22,2:24,2:22,2:23 rest 90s between each interval.
