20 + time I purchased from Adidas Canada online, This time 2 clothing items and a pair of shoes. The shoes were missing , and I told customer service I'm returning everything , but obviously no shoes to return. They noted it on my file . I returned the clothing , and they only refunded the clothing. I can't prove the shoe box was empty , Kind of pissed , I can afford the loss , but what a way to lose a long time customer .. Guess a got the warehouse idiot having some fun at my expense.
