the other night I was running and suddenly pictured my legs as pistons and I was fukin flying lol idk how much a pace per mile I was running but everyone was definitely mirin I was runnin like a bat outta hell a car pulled off the highway and turned in and drove past me and they were starin at me like this as they drove by:

I think of Alberto Salazar and Toshihiko Seko when it comes to my form. Little to no bounce, very little wasted energy, very economical. When people think of ideal running form this what they should look at.
I tend to imagine mine, while running, as a large order of kung pao chicken.
