Hi, looking for advice from someone ideally with coaching experience.
I haven't broken 17mins for 5k but came very close. And I'm riding the border of 17mins awhile now.
My question is: would the training session below be good/poor/unable to tell how likely I am to dip under 17mins.
Session:
3.3km 11mins (5min rest)
1.8km 6mins3sec (2.5min rest)
1.2km 4mins2sec (1.25min rest)
1km 3mins24sec (2mins rest)
5x 300m 1min (45sec rests)
1x 600m 2min4sec
