personally I'll go with Lyles, even though Norman's recent 19.84 into a 0.6 headwind is arguably better than Lyles' 19.69 with a 2.0 tailwind, and more recent as well.
Lyles is going into this thinking he's the favorite - he's just run 9.88 afterall.
Norman is basically just as fast but may not be as confident. That's enough for me to pick Lyles.
with 0.0 wind I'll say it's Lyles in 19.79
Norman on this one. Overall I expect Lyles will have the most career wins over Norman at 200m. Lyles has the potential to get close to, and top, Michael Johnson's AR. Not sure about the WR for Lyles.
Norman. Lyles 19.69 had a good tailwind behind it so it will be hard for him to replicate it. Meanwhile Norman ran 19.8 into a slight headwind. And don't forget Norman still isn't signed yet so he will be extra motivated hopefully. Beating Lyles head to head will increase his value a lot
Lyles
if you adjust their marks for the wind, I believe Norman's was something like 0.05 faster - 19.78 to 19.83. that's close enough that it doesn't matter.
