Raced just as usual, my PR’s as a 16 year old are from this season, 2:06 800m and 4:28 1500m. On friday I ran a 2:10 800m and then on sunday (today) i raced a 1500m. It was hot, it felt just like any other race - but i ran 4:45? . Then did the 800m three hours later - 2:17? What can cause a crazy difference like this? I have been running around 2:10 and 4:30 all season consistantly.
