How is the best way to break the 2:00 800m barrier
My previous PR was a 2:13 800 as a freshman this year. I plan on running xc in the fall but really want to bear down and pit in the work once track comes
Some of the workouts I did in season were 8*400, 30 min tempo, lots of 200s, and a 10 mile long run. I felt like I got to a point where I was getting nowhere, I need some pointers.
We also had coaches that sat in the stands at track meets, and never did any help
