feel really proud about this, ive just ran for a hobby for awhile, never competed or ran in any races. i just run for fun and to stay in good shape, mostly at night when its cooler out and not as much traffic. i usually dont even keep track of my times or pace or anything like that, i just go out there and run and enjoy the nice scenery. today though for shiets and gigs i decided to track my pace and just go balls to the way and did a 3 minute mile!

Be sure to change your watch settings from metric to english.
Cool! If you can run 100 meters at just a 10% faster pace than your mile speed, you can do 10.08!
With just a little improvement, maybe you can run in the World Championships next year!

One mile is four times around a track.
That is nothing. My dog can do the mile in 2 minutes.
