What times do you think I can run? I went from 5:54-5:06 in the mile if that helps. Times and rest of story listed below:
So I’m in 8th Grade right now. My PR’s are as follows
1600m: 5:06
3200m: 10:49
5K: 18:15
Ran all these times on 25-30 mpw
I’m currently 5’ 1” and weigh 84 lbs. I will literally train my ass off in any way to make the olympics. It’s been my lifelong dream. Whatever it takes, I’ll do. I’m currently at 40mpw for summer training. My coach doesn’t want me doing any hard runs and nothing under 6:50 pace. Should I follow so? I’m want to max out at around 65-70 mpw this summer season.
