Why don't you Google it first of all second of all mile time doesn't really equate in ultra running a 7 minute mile a muddy marched gravel hilly Rocky course is fast as f*** and some Roadrunner might think it's slow or something but I'll tell you you're wrong loser

That's fantastic you troll only those girls didn't run a 6:40 minute pace over extreme elevation and muddy Rocky Trails for 50 miles and then run a sub 15 5K at the last 3 miles after having ran 6:40 Mi for 47 miles I would love to see you do that
Sorry man. I don’t know much about long distance, like 50k races. I was just making a comment that 7:00 didn’t seem that fast. I have only been helping out with our school’s running club this year and it’s a great community.

Well you should of been informed you run the San Francisco 50-miler at a combined Subs 7 minute mile pace and then the last 3 miles run 15 minute 5K you would never do it
