Simple. Within an hour you drink 1 beer, and run 1 sub 6 mile. Repeat. How many miles do you get in before failing in either area?
How many if just sub 7? What about sub 5?

Sub 6 min? Probably all day.
When was the last time you went sub 6 after 14 beers (and the running)? Not saying you can’t, just saying its not as straight forward or easy as you might think.
Dehydration in particular would be a big issue. At some point, its going to get sloshy while running, foamy even. Drinking water on top of that doesnt seem like it’d be appealing.
Dehydration definitely slows you down.

Until I fell asleep. So probably 18-20 hours. Maybe 24-25 if there was some incentive.
How many sub 5s?

Agreed. Sleep would be the only real limiting factor here.
At my peak, one more than the record.
But easily 24 hours at sub 6.
Laughably easy, maybe cut the grass and do some chores in between.
