World half champs Kamworor & Gudeta to race for 1st time on Sunday since Worlds with $213,000 on line at TCS 10k in India

Looks like a low of 71, high of 86, and humid on Sunday. Seems a bit toasty for a 10k but hard to pass up that kind of prize money. Not sure how the air pollution will be either, but likely not great.

It's cool, I only caught it at the very end. Seems like a fast course, hopefully something close to 27 flat for Kamwo.

Kam is breaking it open right now. 10k to marathon, it doesn't matter for The G. Kam.

Says 14:26 at 5K on the stream, so if that's even close to right looks like we can forget a fast time. But Kamworor broke away now so we'll see for the last split.

Kamworor is going nuts right now, thinking 13:30 at least in the last 5k.

Omg, I think Kam just passed 7k and is crushing 2nd place and going for the course record.

28:18 for a 20 second win, missed the last bit of the race so not sure how he "only" closed in 13:51.

According to the website splits Kam was at 5k 14:27, 7.5k 21:13, 10k 28:18.

So 5k to 7.5k was 6:46 - 13:32 pace, while 7.5-10k he must've eased up and only covered in 7:05, a measly 14:10 pace.
