Long story short, my dad thinks it would be a good idea for me to run with him this summer instead of playing video games and eating BBQ-cashews all day and night. I typically game for 10 hours a day and my dad used to be elite in the thon back in the 70s but he still thinks he is the man.
What should I say to him so I don't have to run and so he doesn't get mad?
“Hi Dad, I heard running will decrease my testosterone which will help me transition to female! When do we start?!”

Wish my dad could run with me. He broke his leg like 20 years ago and the surgery was done incorrectly so it never properly healed. Can still cycle but it sucks every time I think about how cool it would be.
Same here, Dad is about 400 lb and i doubt he could walk a quarter mile . Instead of running in the morning, he takes insulin. He can barely get off th me couch, let alone run
