Was wondering if anyone had any strategies on this, have a meet this Saturday and the temp during the 3200m is going to be 93 degrees with 18 mph wind. How should I run this? How should I prep? I've been drinking a lot of fluids all week, it's been in the 50/60's all season until this week, so not acclimatized to these temps. It's a district meet so I also have a 1600m about 3 hours before the 3200m. My coach will have cooling towels for before and after the races, should I get a cooling headband or neck towel too?
