ok i am a 400 800 runner who made that state meet. Last week on monday i did 10 400s and on tuesday 6 600s wednesday did some 100's thursday 20 monmute easy friday my 400 race saturday my 800 race... What should i do sunday and monday of this week...were taking off thursday so im going to train on sunday...any beneficial workouts that could help my 51 and 204
