Hi All,
First a bit about me: I'm 27 i'm 5ft 7 and weigh 69kg. I have done 1 marathon before (london) in 3:57 3 years ago. I've done a few half's my PB being 1:35 (i was fitter then than the marathon) although I haven't run much for at least a year. I'm getting back into in now and my goal is the Abingdon marathon in under 3:30 (it's in 21-22weeks), but if things go well i really would like to push for 3:20....we will see.
Anyway I've just started training again, i'm only 2 week in:

I've put 2 of my runs above, 1 a long run and 1 shorter run but higher pace.
I'm wondering when I want to up the pace my cadence gets very high although this feels natural to me (1.18m stride length). Is this too short and should i try to extend more or is it fine?
Also do you think my goal is achievable? If you say no i will still try and prove you wrong but I will definertly take it on board :)
