What kind of shape does this workout indicate for a 5K, 8K, 10K etc.

200m jog recovery (63, 61, 65, 64, 61, 59, 62, 60, 58)
10 x 100m strides with 60s rest avg 14.3

Max HR was 171 around reps 5, 6, and 10. Averaged 165. Been injured since November, been doing a lot of cross training. Last couple weeks have been easy tempos and getting volume back, 60 miles per week for 3 weeks now. Realize my race next weekend probably won't go the way this workout will indicate, what with the lack of real training, but I want to have an idea of what "base" shape I'm in, since I jumping straight into XC training at this point.
