Can you analyze the form of the guy with the blue shirt- only his leg mechanics, don’t care about his arm movement and upper body. What he does different than the runners next to him.

Both runners in the front have the same excellent lower mechanics. They strike underneath their center of gravity, hips are pushed forward, so that they can travel forward. They both have a mid to forefoot strike, landing in that sweet spot at midstance.
Their running gait or cadence cycles through like a wheel, where they are rolling through each step. It's like watching the wheels on a steam engine.
I call it the human gazelle mechanic. The have so much bounce and control, and no oxygen is wasted
Also, the last runner is a heel strike , but he is just as fast as the other runners even though his
form is not aesthetically pleasing.
He is bouncing vertically slightly more. That's all.
Runner in white heel strikes on his left foot and mid foot strikes on hi right foot, Runner in yellow heal strikes on both feet.
Runner in blue mdi foot strikes and has a better knee drive than the other two runners.

It's not just that yellow heel strikes. Look at how forward he is leaning, hunched over. He's struggling at that pace.

Everyone struggles when they run close to their limit.

Guy in yellow is overstriding and as such breaking at each and every step...
Guy in blue couldn't afford shoes when he first started running. Guy in yellow started out running in 12mm drops. Both will not be able to change now it's too late.
