Katelyn also ran 9:54 in the middle of her 5000m indoors... I'd put her ahead of Mary solely because Katelyn goes hard from the get go and Mary excelled more with sit and kicks.
Yes, Kelsey should definitely be in this list too. Any HS girl who has broken 10:00 in the 3200m (or the equivalent in the 3k or 2 mile) should be on this list.
What happened to the current NFHS 3200 record holder Kim Mortersen at 9:48?
Allie O didn't train that much though. Did any of these do well right after high school? No, but Allie is killing it :)

When did Baxter run 9:54? If it was an XC race Baxter should definitely be included but I would put Fairchild and Hasay in before Baxter on the track.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mary Cain came out on top, but the field would be faster and more crowded than you are giving them credit for. I think it would be a great race between Cain, Efraimson, Fairchild and maybe Bjorklund or Rainsberger or Cranny but a lot of others have the potential to be in that lead group and under 9:40 or 9:45 as well.
Gotta be either Tuohy or Cain. For Tuohy, I don’t think a 9:49 reflects her true ability, she ran a 9:54 3200 split en route to a 15:37 indoor 5k. Which puts her in the neighborhood of a 9:40 3200 (indoors).
